Pharoah Technology Ltd is an independent UK company, founded and owned by Phil Pereira and registered in London. We build hand-coded websites, sector app layers and AI tools, and we sign the work under your brand or ours.

When a client comes to Pharoah, Pharoah builds it, delivers it and stands behind it. Some clients want our name on the credit line. Others want our team behind the door and their own brand on the surface. Both are Pharoah work, and the founder is the person you deal with.

Delivery runs from the Costa del Sol and the UK. Phil leads the Marbella side - hospitality, vehicle hire, expat property advisory, cross-border trade - with multilingual sites and Spain-resident operators. The same patterns serve ambitious UK operators in construction, professional services, B2B SaaS and tech.

Behind the scenes, every Pharoah site is built on one engineering core - vanilla HTML/CSS/JS on the front, Supabase Postgres on the back, Cloudflare for hosting, Claude with multi-model fallback for the AI content layer - in Pharoah's own Cloudflare and GitHub accounts. The infrastructure is industrial; the brand on the front stays whatever the client needs it to be.

Pharoah Finance

Our own payment plan for UK limited companies and LLPs at least six months old, on app and portal builds from £5,000. Pay minimum 25% upfront, increased where delivery costs plus documented contingency require it, then fixed monthly instalments by Direct Debit with interest from 1.5% a month on the balance still owed. 01 Who owns Pharoah Technology? +
Pharoah Technology Ltd is an independent UK company, founded and owned by Phil Pereira. Every Pharoah build is delivered and signed by Pharoah, and the founder is the person you deal with.
02 Do you use WordPress, Webflow, or Wix? +
Every site is hand-coded with standalone HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The code is yours, so you avoid theme lock-in, page-builder dependency and licensing renewals.
03 What is an "app layer"? +
A sector-specific working application embedded in the site - a quote calculator for construction, a configurator for SaaS, a booking flow for hospitality, a vehicle-hire form for transport. The page that does work, not just describes it. Layers convert at 5-10× the rate of static pages.
04 How long does a project take? +
4 weeks for the entry tier, 6 for app-layer, 8 for the premium full funnel. Slots open one month ahead; we run two to three projects in parallel maximum.
05 What happens after launch? +
You get a full handover - code, content, hosting accounts, analytics. We offer a monthly retainer for content + optimisation if useful, but it's never compulsory. Most clients take 3 months of retainer then move to ad-hoc.
06 Who actually builds the site? +
Named developers based in the UK + Costa del Sol. You meet the person doing the work, and delivery stays with the Pharoah team rather than offshore subcontract chains or reseller layers. Delivery is led by the founder, Phil Pereira, from Marbella and the UK.

08 Can you white-label the work under our agency brand? +

Every Pharoah build ends with a clean handover - the codebase in a repo you own, hosting accounts in your name (Cloudflare or Netlify), analytics under your Google account, content under your CMS if we set one up, and a one-page document mapping where everything lives. The handover removes reseller dependency, licence renewals and "the page builder is on our plan" scenarios.

If you keep us on a retainer post-launch, the work continues against the same one-page agreement template - fixed monthly fee against a fixed monthly deliverable. If you don't, the lights stay on without us. That is what hand-coded means in practice.

For new offers, cleared upfront funds or prepaid milestones must cover fully costed delivery commitments plus a documented project-specific contingency before the corresponding costs are incurred. Hardware, licences and third-party charges must be prepaid or paid directly by the client. Only surplus above the protected delivery budget may be deferred. The 25% finance and 50% standard build deposits are minimums; the cost-cover floor applies when higher. Unknown costs require a costed quote before an offer. Cost increases and change orders require re-costing and any additional prepayment before new commitments. Direct Debit and director guarantees are secondary collection/recovery measures and do not ensure payment or eliminate non-payment risk. Existing signed agreements remain unchanged.
